What happens if you are late on your storage payment?
When you initially rent a storage unit, you will be given a contract that will outline late payment conditions and what will be expected from you as a customer. Most storage facilities will charge you a late fee, and if payment is not made within a certain time frame, it will be assumed that you forfeit your belongings.
